Tomas Atkins

Following his graduation Tomas has gained diverse knowledge working in a range of practice areas via his experience with a general practice law firm, pro-bono legal centres and in-house practice.
Tomas joined the Beswick Lynch team in early 2023 as a lawyer practising across a range of areas with a focus on family law, also handling matters in criminal law, civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution and family provision claims. Tomas has experience instructing and appearing in the Local, District, Federal and Supreme Courts.
Tomas holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Commercial Law and International Communication from Macquarie University.
